Tidal Structure is about the balance between softness and strength. The design reimagines the corset by combining fluid blue tie-dye textures with a strong, structured shape. The flowing, wave-like patterns represent emotions, movement, and the natural rhythm of tides. In contrast, the corset form represents control, support, and structure.

 

This piece shows that being powerful doesn’t mean losing softness. Instead, structure can guide and shape softness without restricting it. Like ocean tides that are controlled by nature but still move freely, the garment blends freedom and discipline  turning structure into a symbol of confidence and identity, not limitation.
